Q. Does the Owings Mills library offer private rooms for students to work independently from others at the library? Do those rooms have wireless?

There are study rooms at the library on the Owings Mills campus, but  they can only be used by groups of 2-6 students for 1- 4 hours. You can reserve them using this link
