Having trouble accessing the library databases? Here are few things to try:
- Delete your browser history and click on the databases again.
Directions: Internet Explorer | Firefox |Chrome - Try using a different browser.
- Do you have the most recent browser update possible?
Update your browser software and try accessing the databases again. - Check for the following in your browser security settings:
Popup blocker: Disable your pop-up blockers while you are accessing content through EZproxy.
Cookies: Make sure cookies are enabled. EZproxy and many of our library resources send “cookies” when you are connected to verify that you are an authorized user.

JavaScript: Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

Firewall: If you’re running a local firewall, you need to allow access to ezproxy.stevenson.edu as a safe site.
