The pick-up location depends upon your chosen “Preferred Pick-Up Location” when you created your request. You can only change a request field if it has not been sent out to the lending libraries. If its status says “Request Sent”, you cannot edit the request. You can view this status by going into your ILLiad account and clicking “Outstanding Requests”. If you are still able to edit the request, click on the transaction number. Once the request has opened, click the Edit link at the top of the page.
