If you didn’t find the book you need in SHARC, you will have to get it another way.

SU Library is  part of BREILL, a borrowing agreement and courier service that runs five days a week. You can find a list of BREILL libraries and instructions for requesting books by clicking the BREILL Libraries button on the library home page.

 Look online.

Google Books isn’t a physical library to visit, but they have scanned an enormous number of books. Often you can find exactly the information you need by searching within a book. Books that are no longer under copyright generally can be downloaded.

Request Through ILLiad, our Interlibrary Loan Service.

SU Library participates in ILL (interlibrary loan), a system that libraries use to share books.

Allow up to 2-3 weeks for an ILL book to arrive (often sooner).

SU faculty, staff members and students can place requests through ILLiad after pre-registering into their own ILLiad account. Click Here
