Stevenson University Library does have a copy of the Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders: DSM-5, but it is a reference book and must be used in the library. It can be found in the library on the Greenspring campus. The call number is REF RC455.2.C4 D536 2013. Some of our partner libraries also own it, but their copies are all reference as well.
