Try logging in to either the OIT ticketing system or Outlook Web Access (email).
If this didn't work, change your Single Sign-On password and try connecting to the SU Library databases again.

Directions for changing your Single Sign On:

1. Go to
2. Log in with your current Single Sign On credentials
3. Click on the SU Cloud icon in the bottom left corner
4. Click Start > Account > Change Pwd
5. Type in your current password
6. Enter your new password twice to verify it
7. Click Change Password
