Your local network may be rejecting traffic from the proxy server.
- Make sure you aren’t blocking the outbound traffic to our EZproxy ports (443, 2048-3052). If you block the outbound traffic on these ports, EZproxy will not work. You can block these ports for incoming traffic only.
- If you have a personal firewall, you will have to make an exception for ezproxy.stevenson.edu.
- Try disabling your software firewall and/or anti-virus spyware to see if they are causing any issues.
- Try disabling the firewall on the router.
