I am having difficulty in finding the information necessary to cite and reference a source through APA. I want to cite a table from the Centers for Medicare and medicaid about the electronic health records incentive program. I find information about stand alone website, but this is a govenernment website. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,

Use the menu on the top of the page to navigate to Style and Grammar Guidelines, then References, then scroll down to the list marked "Reports and Gray Literature" and choose Report by a Government Agency.
