The Office of Sponsored Programs and Research (OSPR) is located in the LRC building on the Greenspring Campus.  Some of the OSPR's functions include:

  • Enhanced Institutional Membership for the Council of Undergraduate Research (CUR). All members of the University community (faculty, administrators, staff, and students) have access to these enhanced membership benefits.
  • Grant proposal writing and submission support
  • Funded project administration for internal and external grant awards,
  • Reporting and compliance support for externally funded awards
  • Faculty conference funding
  • Training resources, including required Responsible Conduct of Research training offered by the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) through the Biomedical Research Alliance of New York (BRANY)
  • Support for faculty application to external scholarship programs, including Fulbright programs
